FlatFly (a product of Soft Udyog) stores only the information a society needs to manage maintenance and accounts: society details, flat numbers, owner names, mobile numbers, e-mail addresses, payments, expenses, documents and uploaded bills.
Who can see what. Society accounts (income, expenses, balances) are visible to all members of that society by design. Personal contact details are visible only to the society's in-charge team. Data of one society is never visible to another.
Payments. FlatFly does not collect card or bank details. Owner payments made via UPI happen in the owner's own UPI app. Subscription payments are processed by Razorpay.
Security. Passwords are stored as salted PBKDF2 hashes. Financial entries are never hard-deleted and every change is recorded in an audit log.
