FlatFly is offered to apartment societies on a subscription of ₹20 per flat per month, with a free trial for new societies. Subscriptions can be renewed for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months from the Settings page.
The society's in-charge team is responsible for the correctness of the entries they record. FlatFly provides the tools to record, confirm and report — it does not hold or move society funds.
If a subscription expires, the society's data is retained and becomes accessible again as soon as the subscription is renewed.
Misuse of the platform (fraudulent entries, harassment, unlawful content) may lead to suspension of the account.
